Jeremy's Server Mode CSM 1.0.0 What is it?   Server Mode CSM is a Control Strip Module that lets you control whether or not the Macintosh will power on automatically after a power failure. Compatibility This CSM should work on any late-model Macintosh. It is known to work on the AGP G4, DV iMac, and iBook. Installing the CSM If you are using Mac OS 8.5 or earlier, you must drag the Control Strip Module to the Control Strip folder inside your System folder. If you are using Mac OS 8.6 or later, the Mac OS will recognize the Control Strip - merely drag it to your System Folder, and the Mac OS will move it automatically for you. With Mac OS 8.5 or earlier: 1) Open your System folder. 2) Copy the Control Strip Module to the Control Strip Folder in your System folder. 3) Restart your computer. Configuring the CSM Once you've installed the CSM, you can configure it to match your personal preferences.   Popup menu The popup menu lets you control the appearance of the Control Strip. Turn on computer automatically after power is restored When power is restored, the computer will start up automatically.
